Mazda has been a staple to motor racing for generations, and their commitment to finding and shaping young talent is unparalleled in North American motorsports.
The 2024 champions in both Pro Stars and OKN Stars will receive an automatic nomination for the @specmx5 shootout. Both champions will receive professional assistance with their application process where, if selected, they will have the chance to compete for an opportunity to be selected as Mazda factory drivers and begin their journey in the Mazda Driver Development ladder.
We have had a number of Stars competitors begin their motorsports careers through this program such as @chase.jones17, @nate_cicero82, and @nathan_nicholson56, and we couldn’t be more excited to provide more opportunities for Stars champions in the future.
